Research Profile
I graduated with PhD in computer science in August 2009. My major research work concentrated in compiler theory (specifically, LR(1) parser generation) and bioinformatics. I am in general interested in all kinds of algorithm-intensive areas. I wish to expand my research experience in the following (but not necessarily limited to): compiler, bioinformatics, AI, Data mining and Information retrieval, Machine learning and NLP.
