Research Profile
I have completed my graduate coursework and doctoral dissertation and recently received my doctorate in Computer Science in May 2009. Aside from work on my Master’s thesis on antivirus techniques and recent work on my doctoral dissertation on cryptographic hashing, I have published research papers in the field of cryptology and have papers in progress on cryptographic hash algorithms, reputation systems, and certificateless SSL. Along with my academic credentials detailed in the CV available at http://cccns.uwm.edu/hansen.html, I have several years of teaching experience in information security, programming, and computer networking as well as over ten years of industry experience in the same fields. In addition to English, I also speak and read a moderate amount of German and basic Danish.
I am looking for a postdoctoral or tenure-track position anywhere in the United States or Europe.
