Research Interests:

The main focus of my research is designing systems that automatically analyze textual entities and their relationships in large document collections to 1. gain a better understanding about knowledge from text, and 2. apply the knowledge derived from text in various applications. E.g. predicting the validy of a medical research paper, and predicting student’s elearning performance from an online discussion message set.
