The ideal fellow would work jointly with myself and Dr. Pradeep Ravikumar of the UT Austin Department of Computer Science (http://www.cs.utexas.edu/~pradeepr). We are developing methods for analysis of functional magnetic resonance imaging data using machine learning and network analysis methods.
