Research Interests:
Research at University of Dayton is aimed at signal/image/video processing and sensor designs that enable new capabilities in computer vision, camera designs, and surveillance. We emphasize on working from first principles, and there is a strong emphasis on math and statistics driven research. In particular, if you have keen interests in rigorous wavelets and/or Bayesian analysis, you will find many opportunities here.
