Research Interests:

My research focuses on developing algorithms for computational biology, focusing on protein design, drug design, and structural biology. We also apply and test these algorithms in the wet lab.
A second area of investigation in my lab includes nanotechnology and microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) for microrobotics and biomedical applications.
